Jacqueline Radford is an Atlanta based artist specializing in oil paintings. She taught special education for 33 years, including alongside Path to Shine Board Member and mentor Karen Wall.

Jacque said, "When I paint outside and see the land it evokes in me a feeling or mood.  By getting out of the studio and experiencing painting and drawing landscapes it feeds my soul. It allows me to quickly capture colors and encounter different light sources. Experience is teaching me that it is better to think of possible problems before taking the brush in my hands and trusting my intuition. "

"The Cardinal" is a unique work inspired by a visit from a special bird.
